Dieflex 52:
The original 52 Dieflex is the most commonly used rule with its ideal combination of hardness and flexibility for diecutting a wide range of materials.
The well controlled decarburization allows a 2 point rule to be bent to a minimum of 150 degrees.

Dieflex 42:
All the benefits of the original 52 but the 42 angle requires less cutting pressure, gives a longer cutting life and reduces slivers, swarf and dust.
A 2 point rule can be bent to a minimum of 150 degrees.

Dieflex Auto:
Specifically designed for use with automated bending equipment. Side face decarburization of the rule gives the benefit of a soft "tensile" skin for excellent bendability. The edges hardening of the rule gives high wear resistance.
It also offers tight height, straightness and thickness tolerance; minimum coil set and closely controlled hardness giving the benefit of smoother running on automatic machinery.

Dieflex Ultra:
Available with both 52 and 42 edge, its friction reducing coating on the cutting edge helps it remain sharper longer, gives make-ready advantages, avoids costly downtime and reduces slivers and dust.

Dieflex Hard:
A rule with all the dieflex features but with a body hardness of 400HV. Specially designed for use with automated bending equipments. Also it's ideal for use with dies that require less tight bends, but where greater body stability is essential.

Dieflex Superbend:
Good bendability makes this rule particularly suitable for automatic bending machinery. It bends to an angle of 160!
It's ideal for the production of more intricately shaped dies.

Dieflex Hard high :
Decarburization provides good bendability. Its edge hardened to increase rule life. Available with shaved or ground edges up to 100mm height in all edge configurations. It was specifically developed for the plastic industry.

Dieflex-GR:
A fine ground edge makes it an ideal rule for cutting more difficult materials.
The ground edge of the rule has the distinct advantage of requiring reduced cutting pressure when used with more demanding substrates.

Dieflex-G12: 
The very fine ground edge requires less cutting pressure and reduces slivers and dust. It can be used for brittle plastics.

Vertex:
Side surface decarburization of 440 HV (44HRC) hard steel. This creates a soft and tensile ‘skin’ on edge is situated. It performs well on short and medium runs.

Diehard 700XD:
Sandvik diehard 700XD is a rule specially developed for the new materials replacing asbestos. It has a body hardness of 400HV, an edge hardness of incredible 72HV (60HRC) and the edge hardening depth has been increased. The edge hardness is 50% as deep again as Sandvik Dieflex rule, giving significant increase in die life on most applications.

Diehard Extra
This variation of DieHard 700XD, has a slightly reduced edge hardness and hardening depth to improve bendability.
More intricate shapes can be formed whilst maintaining the benefits of increased die life.

Conventional Cutting Rules:
Shaved and ground edged cutting rules in medium, hard or extra hard bodies. Available in the above illustrated edge configurations. Lower rule heights are available for scoring.

Stainless:
Specifically designed for use in hygienic or controlled cleanliness environments. Available in three thicknesses-0.7mm, 1.00mm and 1.50mm. The centre bevel rule with a ground edge is non-rusting, readily formed and can be cleaned or washed down on line.
